Existing Building. New Optimisation

Not all our clients have the privilege of engaging our services at the beginning of their projects or developments. In some instances, development projects are built, launched and marketed only to find themselves short of projected targets and goals despite a flawless execution of their plans. Upon further inspection, research and exploration, our clients discover that Chinese Metaphysics could in fact be the missing link. The benefits associated with an optimized Feng Shui setup can be achieved and the results are measureable.

Nu Sentral is a trendy shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur, directly accessible from the KL Sentral - Malaysia’s largest rail transport hub and is one such an example in our showcase where the development has already been built, and Feng Shui optimized later. The eight-storey mall has large green rooftops with a multitude of entertainment spaces, alfresco dining and other unique features for an exciting shopping experience. It was completed in the first half of 2014.

Traffic was never a problem as there were many travellers passing through. But passing through is not the same as revenue or sales for the tenants. The goal was to not only generate positive Qi flow, but to retain the Qi that will inevitably result in better business for the tenants. Through a customized approach and careful study of the clients needs, we were able to recommend strategies and action plans that would steadily drive the project to it’s goals.

Main Entrance

When an entrance has a large, flat and spacious area it is definitely an area to collect Qi. When there is no obstructions at the front of the Main Entrance that may block or hinder the flow of Qi to the Main Entrance. There were metal structures opposite the Main Entrance of NU Sentral, therefore we recommend directly traversing the length of the main entrance be removed or relocated as it will allow for a clear flow of Qi to the main entrance.

Removing Obstructions

We also noticed obstacles and obstructions that were blocking Qi from flowing smoothly at the Main Entrance into the building. Lampposts are a negative man-made feature. These structures are usually maintained by the local municipal and moving them could itself be a challenge and take some effort. However, we can assure every client that such a feat is well worth it and should be done at all cost.

When Qi Moves Too Fast

Qi that moves too fast are a negative feature. The spacious area inside the Main Entrance is designed as a gradient, which slopes outwards to the area outside the Main Entrance. This results in Qi being unable to gather inside the Main Entrance and will flow back out of the building. Therefore, you would notice that speed bumps or upward slanting structures have been put in place as a remedy.
