The fourth episode in this series offers something different compared to the earlier episodes. Joey and his co-hosts explore the Feng Shui set-up of a modern-day shopping mall. In any given shopping mall, some stores tend to do better than others – even if these stores are selling the same things at almost similar prices. The reason for this is simple – it’s the Feng Shui that counts!
Different kinds and types of businesses need to operate on different levels in the mall, and facing in different directions. This is due to the type or nature of the business, and what type of Element it is – Fire, Water, Wood, Metal, and Earth.
Knowing this and incorporating these Feng Shui elements into one’s business can do wonders in improving the Feng Shui quotient of the business and increasing its profits.
But emperors are not forgotten in this episode! Joey ties the concept of Feng Shui for modern businesses back to Yin Feng Shui, and takes viewers through the Feng Shui elements of Emperor Kang Xi’s tomb. Joey explains how the good Feng Shui of Emperor Kang Xi’s tomb actually works by explaining the benefits of the superior landforms surrounding the area.
Just like a good business will thrive when located in a suitable and ideal area, one lays the groundwork for one’s descendants to thrive professionally and economically when one locates the burial spot within ideal Feng Shui surroundings. The principles of Feng Shui at work here are not dissimilar to the Feng Shui of Emperor Kang Xi’s tomb that promoted success for his son, Emperor Yong Zheng.
This episode is an eye-opening exploration into how the past and present often collide, and how the effects of good Feng Shui can have cumulative effects in all aspects of life.
