On Sunday, 3rd of August 2008, the Mastery Academy team descended onto Singapore for Joey Yap's Feng Shui for Wealth seminar. Held at the Raffles City Convention Centre in the heart of Singapore city, the event saw a massive turnout in audience and plenty of high energy. While the seminar itself was slated to take place between 10 am and 5 pm, members of the audience already started trickling in to the venue as early as 8 am. Before the seminar began, they were seen browsing the various Mastery Academy booths set up outside the hall - and many had already begun purchasing the products and books on offer.

With global inflation on the rise, and many people struggling to keep up with rising prices for everything from food staples to fuel, the crowd that turned up that Sunday was eager indeed to learn some key tips to help ease their financial burdens - and packed the Conference Hall to capacity. As usual, with Joey - there is always more than meets the eye to the subject at hand. The seminar emphasized, among others, the Feng Shui principles of prosperity - which is not tied to material wealth only, but overall abundance in all areas of life. In essence, a holistic life of wealth was the key.

Joey also offered the audience tips on wealth sectors, and explained in detail how certain sectors can be activated using the Eight Mansions Method. With the help of illustrated charts and images, Joey took the audience through the steps necessary in order to take the Facing direction of the house. In addition, audience members were taught how certain types of energy or Qi can actually cultivate opportunities for more wealth, and how to dislodge certain types of Qi that could be a hindrance for life prosperity.

During the main lunch break and the short breaks in-between, audience members thronged the booths set-up outside to promote Joey's books and Mastery Academy courses. As well, many were keen to catch up on more of Joey through the huge plasma TV screens on display right outside the hall, all of which showed clips from his DVDs and videos. Some of the participants also grabbed the opportunity to personally ask Joey some questions and bring up certain points for discussion during the break. Many were keen to chat with MA staff and consultants, asking a wide range questions concerning everything from courses right up to queries about Joey's forthcoming event - NEXT year. Yes, the Feng Shui and Astrology for 2009 seminar was already proving to be a topic of interest and curiosity - with tickets for that event already starting to sell like hot cakes.

It wasn't all serious stuff at the seminar, as right after lunch the audience members indulged in a little game - with lucky members winning MA course and product vouchers, all of which they managed to "find" under their chairs. At the end of the talk, there was a Q & A session which saw Joey answering many questions regarding audience members' queries and concerns about activating wealth sectors, harnessing the proper Qi, and many more. And to further prolong the spirit of fun, a lucky draw was held right at the end, with happy winners going up on stage to receive all manner of prizes and vouchers sponsored by the Mastery Academy, and also having their pictures taken.

This event was slightly different than the usual ones, as the "best was saved for last." After the seminar was over, audience members got to meet Joey ‘up close and personal' to get their books signed. The line was long - and snaked down all the way around the hall. It was evident the enjoyment was mutual, as long-time fans and readers got to have a few moments of personal and intimate time with Joey and get their books signed at the same time.

All in all - Feng Shui for Wealth in Singapore was an immensely enjoyable and wonderful experience for all involved.
