The VUE Residences' Weekend Property Talks was Joey Yap's main agenda for the weekend as he did the honor of gracing an hour slot of Feng Shui for Property Investors talk. Held at the VUE Residences Sales Gallery on Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur recently, the event was also attended by the Group Managing Director, Dato' Foo Chu Jong.

Property buyers in attendance had the privilege to learn the Feng Shui essentials any property buyer and owner needs to know as Joey shared the importance of selecting the right property for themselves and their loved ones to ensure that they will highly benefit from the auspicious Qi.

The crowd learned about factors and elements that best complement a certain property, and those that enhance that property's Feng Shui features as well. The property buyers gained massive input on what environmental and internal features they could assess while evaluating and investing properties from a Feng Shui perspective.

Besides sharing the Feng Shui tips for property investors, Joey revealed the Outlook and Opportunities for 2012 to the crowd who learned Joey's annual Feng Shui insights and forecasts, as well as the key fundamentals for what to expect for the next few months remainder of the year.

Understanding how property investing can really make or break a property buyer, the crowd walked away with priceless knowledge and tips that will help them not only through their critical decision-making process, it could also assist them in making a wise investment in properties as well.
