Joey Empowers UTAR Students to Make Better Choices

September 14, 2011

The auditorium at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) in Selangor, Malaysia, was packed as students and faculty members gathered for a talk by Joey Yap on September 14. Being a young and successful entrepreneur himself, Joey was the perfect choice for UTAR when they invited him for this special event.

Entitled Mastering Your Future: Career, Health & Relationships, the two-hour talk began at 7.30pm with Joey emphasizing on the importance of selecting suitable career paths based on the individual's personality. He introduced the BaZi Personality Profiling system, which can be a valuable tool for people, especially students, when it comes to deciding their future.

BaZi is an ancient and highly accurate discipline on Personality Analysis in Chinese Astrology. Unlike many other common personality tests, BaZidoes not require any participation by the individual to derive his or her unique personality. BaZi only uses his or her date and time of birth to generate a profile as plotted on a BaZi Chart.

During the talk, Joey demonstrated how a BaZi Chart reading is done and went on to further explained about the first level of BaZi Profiling, which is the Ten Day Masters. The Day Master is the most important reference point for BaZi analysis. It is basically a person's Day of Birth, and denotes his or her innate nature and character at the most fundamental level. It signifies a person's essential personality traits, qualities, talents, strengths and weaknesses in terms of character, career, wealth and relationships. Thus, this information can give the person an awareness and better understanding on what they are more incline to pursue in life and as such, ensure a brighter future for them.

In addition, Joey also taught some easy Mian Xiang or Face Reading techniques based on the Five Officers, which focuses on the eyes, ears, mouth, nose and eyebrows. As this was an interactive session, it drew plenty of laughter as Joey encouraged the attendees to attempt reading each other's faces on the spot.

The talk was truly eye-opening to those who attended and some were already eager to apply what they learnt from Joey in order to make the best of their career choices and future.
