Joey Shows how Feng Shui works at TM Loyalty Programme

September 29, 2011

Joey Yap was invited to present a talk on September 29, as part of Telekom Malaysia Berhad or TM's Loyalty Programme for SME Partner. His talk was the first session lined up for the programme, which will run until the year ends.

The talk, entitled Feng Shui for Business Growth and Sustainability, was held between 9am and 12 noon. About a hundred attendees were present at the talk at the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Seasons Hotel, Kuala Lumpur - all eager to learn about Feng Shui from the expert himself.

Before the talk began, Suzana Mohd Salleh, General Manager of Market Strategy & Planning, SME, gave an opening speech to commence the event and welcomed Joey to the stage. General Manager of Sales Operation, SME, Azman Yusof, was also in attendance.

Joey started off with an introduction to Feng Shui, covering its background and the fundamentals. He spoke on the difference between Direction and Location, and how to take the direction of a property correctly. He also explained about the four important factors in Feng Shui namely, environment, building, residents and time.

During the talk, he also taught them about the Xuan Kong Nine Life Stars and how to identify their personal Life Star or Life Gua number, which is derived from a person's Year of Birth. He explained that a person's Life Gua dictates his or her positive and negative Directions. These directions are determined using the Luo Shu, which utilizes the Eight Trigrams in ascertaining the many different situations and factors affecting a person. Through this, a person can identify their best directions to increase their potential for success in life.

In addition, Joey gave a quick lesson of easy Face Reading (Mian Xiang) techniques that the attendees had fun learning as they attempt to read each other's faces.

The talk was truly eye-opening to those who are new to this subject, where some were already eager to apply what they learnt from Joey when the talk ended.
