Feng Shui for Real Estate in Toronto

March 21, 2009

The real estate community in Toronto, Canada received a real treat when Joey Yap was on hand to present a talk for the Condo Dwellers in downtown Toronto. The talk was organised by Rob Roland, a leading real estate agent in the Mississauga area of Toronto, and took place between 11 AM and 2 PM. Being someone who enjoys yachting, and what with owning his own yacht, the talk was therefore held at the scenic location of the Port Credit Yacht Club in Mississauga - definitely a plus for all those who were present, thanks to the lovely view!

The members of the audience were largely made up of the real estate community of the area, as Rob was focused on giving them pointers on how to master the real estate market. The talk begin with Rob sharing a few words with the audience, before Joey took to the floor with his topic 'Feng Shui for Homebuyers.' All attention was focused on him as he explained the rudiments of Feng Shui in terms of how it applies to a home or a property, and the factors that thereby make a home attractive for prospective buyers.

Audience members were clearly fascinated by what Joey had to say, and he was flooded with many curious and enthusiastic questions after he had presented. This was a suitable end to the event, as many were happy to continue their conversation with him later on during the small after-party that gave everyone present a change to mingle with each other.
