Step 1
Prepare Your Question
  •  Make sure it is clear and concise.
  •  Determine the type of question you have, there are only 2 types:
Personal
(Related to anything or a case - can be personal , business or about life) 
Technical
(Related to a specific technique, system or how to)
Step 2
Record Your Question On Video
  •  Introduce yourself (add as much detail as possible telling us who you are, where you’re from and what do you do)
  •  Tell us which Type of Question (Type 1: Personal, Type 2: Technical)
  •  Ask your question (add as much detail as needed, you may use visual aids such as floor plans, BaZi charts, Qi Men Dun Jia charts, infographics, screenshots... anything that can help visualize what you’re trying to ask).

Important Checklist for Video Messages:
Lighting
Make sure it’s done in the day time or with very brightly lit lights in the room
Sound
Make sure the sound is clear with no background noise
Duration
As short and sweet as possible and as long as it needs to be
Format
MOV, MP4 or any digital format that can be uploaded to YouTube or WeTransfer. We recommend using your mobile to record this
Step 3
