Hello Master Joey! During Chinese new year- I was in Malaysia and saw you on TV regarding Dragons - and those who have female bosses will have conflict. At that time - I did not have a female boss - but had a team of 3 females which cause consistent problems. Just last week - I have been demoted at work due their constant bad attitude and complaints. Now- I have a female boss as my job has been reassigned to her. I have been with this company for over 9 years -and had progressed well until now. Do you have any advise in how to handle such a situation given - and to improve my career and luck. I am born in 1976 -the timing of birth is around morning. your advice would be most appreciated. thank you!

There are many ways you can improve your situation. If you take the BaZi route - then you need to plot out your boss's chart to understand her character, what motivates her, her likes and dislikes and find out, how best to work with and support her. This way, she will find that you are valuable to her and thus, like you more.

The second way is to use Feng Shui. I assume you cannot change anything or move around in your current office. So the best way to do this is to improve your home's Feng Shui. See out your personal Yan Nian direction. Have your bed or your home's study desk position to face this direction. (Do take note of the interior forms when doing this). Do this on Jul 10, 9.30am.
