This is my forth time of writing in to seek an answer to my same question. I have been in the banking line (metal industry) for the past 12 years and I felt that my career is heading southwards with no progress moving foward. I am contemplating of starting up my own business but need to know what is my favourable element. My DM is Earth born in the month of Autumn. From your Bazi Book, my DM appears to be weak, however, I have many companion elements a total of 7 including under the Hidden Stem. Under my Year Pillar I have Metal Element (Heaverly Branch) and Water Element (Earthly Stem) whilst I have one Fire element (Earthly Stem) under the Hour Pillar. I am thinking of a going into partnership to open up a music/day care centre which is Wood Element. Is Wood Element considered to be my favourable element. Your answer is greatly appreciated.
