I've been using your date selection guide book for selection of dates. However I come across a Yang Gong Ji in the Tong Shu which is not suitable for marriage. Can I check with you whether this Yang Gong Ji is of significance?

This day is only not suitable for Feng Shui audits - especially Yin House feng shui. for marriage is fine.

 I was started to contact with Feng Shui and BaZi since 2004, and I actually had a master help me to look after my house Fengshui every year. At the beginning, I really felt the changes and my life was improving from year to year. Until year of 2010, I start to feel that the luck is gone, my business was not as good as years before and I loose many projects. I had consult another teacher, from my birth details, he concluded that my luck will go down all the way from 2011 till 2017 which makes me feel desperate. My house is facing East, the teacher said that the direction is not suitable to me , what I achieved from 2004 to 2007 is because my own luck, not because of my house. I believe in Feng Shui and BaZi could help me to improve the quality of our life. Hence, I hope you can help to analyze my Bazi and give me some advise to improve. Thank you very much. 

I would interpret your chart a little differently than the teachers you've met. Now, they are not wrong in their way of reading your chart. If you follow the 'traditional' view, you have lost your luck. BUT, in my view, I see that your luck has changed course. Not turned into bad luck. 

You see, when the luck has changed course, you only suffer 'BAD" outcomes when you do the SAME thing. The trick is to do something different. One that follows the NEW luck cycle's patterns. In other words, go with the flow. This way, you can ride the wave successfully in a, perhaps entirely, different direction.

 I wanna know if i am suitable to take up feng shui seriously. Actually i am very interested in fengshui but unfortunatelty i am not chinese educated. If i wanna learn fengshui, is it suitable to my fate or life?

You do have the correct elements to learn Feng Shui successfully based on your BaZi. You also have a TaiJi GuiRen star in your chart, which is good for metaphysics. 

Although knowing Chinese helps, but there are programs by reputable teachers today conducted entirely in English. Our academy also offers courses in Chinese and in English.
