Dear Mrs Chong,
You take the last two digits of your year of birth. Then add them together untuil you have a single digit. For females you add it to five and for men, you take it from 10.
EG:
1960
6 + 0 = 6 (this is a single digit)
6 + 5 = 11 (this is NOT a single digit)
1 + 1 = 2
You Gua Number or Life Gua is 2.

Question:
I would to know if the house is suitable for us. We been staying for almost 6 yrs.My husband and myself are
both east group.We renovated it to change to period 8 house before 2004.
House facing - South west 2
door facing - south ( was changed )
Back house - North east ( with small hill slope)
birthdate- 8 jan 69 and husband 4 june 64

In order for the period to change, you would need to renovate AFTER 2004. You would need to open the entire roof for a couple of weeks and change the main door. Even then there is no guarantee that the qi will change period. I am not in a position to say whether the house is good for you.
