Question:
hi Joey, you mentioned North sector is not good for 2009. My house is facing North. How can i avoid it since my main door is facing North?
Separately i have a land facing NorthWest which is ideal based on my Gua, how could i benefit from it?

Answer:
Hi Low - it depends, if your door falls in the center of the facade, then it is the North sector. If so, do not renovate/nail it. Better yet, use another entrance if you can. If it's to the left or right of the facade, then it's either NW or NE sector - location, not facing direction. The potential of a land depends on its surrounding hill/water formations, not the direction it faces (land has no direction technically, without a building to establish a reference). Afterall, a house can be built to face a different direction from the land. Cheers!

Question:
Hi Joey
Have read few of your books and found them easy to understand. But I'm confused on what to follow to locate the 3 important areas, namely main door, bedroom, kitchen. Do I based on House Gua or the period house flying star. As I have read both books on Homebuyer Interior and Xuan Kong Flying Stars.
Appreciate if you could reply as I'm currently looking for a house. Thanks.

Hi Chun Hoi - don't forget the External Homebuyers guide to select a good area FIRST. Generally, for longterm purposes, Eight Mansions House Gua would be fine. Cheers!
