Joey Yap was invited by NAZA Group of Companies' property division, NAZA TTDI, to present a talk on Friday, July 24. The event was held at The Valley TTDI, in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

The first session began at 5:30 PM, when Joey took to the stage to talk about the Feng Shui factors of the environment. As the crowd was largely made up of real estate agents, he also explained how Feng Shui was used in property construction and selection for The Valley TTDI project. There was an on-site tour after the briefing, for the benefits of those present, and Joey took them through the area while describing the Feng Shui factors of various sectors. Among those present were Mr. Chen Chun Kong (Managing Director / CEO) of Sigmal Corporation Sdn Bhd, Mr. Yap Kiang Siang (COO) of Sigmal Corporation Sdn Bhd, and Mr. Charlie Chia Lui Meng (Advisor to Group Managing Director) of NAZA TTDI Sdn Bhd.

The Media Night took place later on at 8:30 PM. After the welcome speech by Group Managing Director, NAZA TTDI Sdn. Bhd., Encik SM Faliq SM Nasimuddin, there was an architectural briefing on the project, followed by Joey's presentation on the Feng Shui aspects.

Among the distinguished guests present that night were Ybhg. Puan Seri Datin Seri Utama Zaleha Binti Ismail (Director of NAZA Group of Companies), Encik SM Nasarudin SM Nasimuddin (Joint Group Executive Chairman, Naza Group of Companies, and Chairman of Naza TTDI), Encik SM Faisal SM Nasimuddin (Joint Group Executive Chairman, Naza Group of Companies), and other members of the Board of Directors.
