Q:

Hello Joey, I have a RAT in my bazi chart.( it's in the MONTH column ) According to what you said in your seminar, MONTH stands for career. I'm a HORSE while my dad is a RAT. Horse clash with rat right? Will my dad affect my career and etc? - Min

Dear Min,

you cannot 'compare' and compete two charts like this together. This is not the right way to read a BaZi Chart.

Q:

I had attended your seminar on 15.1.12 and have also subscribed the Bazi Pillar Report Forecast Report 2012 under serial no. FSA 2012-MY 1843 but still have not received. Furthermore, I have been experiencing bad financial problems for the last 4 years. My Bazi has the dog in the month pillar and in your seminar you had mentioned that it is bad to have dog appear in the BaZi. please advise. Also will I be experiencing bad financial problem for more years and until when my financial luck will change for the better.

I am in the manufacturing of erasers business and is it suitable for me.I am also looking for someone to come into my comapany as shareholder this year and is it suitable. I had purchased the Bazi the Destiny Code, The Day Master, The Structure and The Profile and learning to know more about Bazi. I am also planning to attend your Bazi Seminar in June. Hope you can answer my questions.

Dear Dennis,

As explained in my book, when one does not have the LUCK from their BaZi, the solution is to activate INTERNAL LUCK - which means - find out your inborn talents and acquire your skillset to excel in life.

Luck is only half the equation. The other half is WITHIN your control. Find out about your character strengths and inborn talents. Pursue the path of least resistance to your wealth!

A lot of rich people did not depend on financial luck alone. in my book I write about acquiring 'Smart Money'. this means first acquiring your SKILL (naturally gifted to you based on your BaZi) and then making money regardless of luck.

Cheers,

JY

Q:

Hi Master Yap,

I used to stay overseas with my family for a couple of years and moved back to Singapore about 3 years ago. During our time there, my dad was doing quite well with his job and all. However, I did notice that my neighbour had a feng shui master. Everything was fine until my final year overseas. My neighbours started to make very drastic changes to their house (as directed by their fengshui master).

They hung lighted lanterns outside their door, they bought a huge rock fixture, they started burning a lot more incense paper, they changed their cars, renovated their house, grew their hair longer etc. After relocating back to Singapore, my father has been struggling with his job and has yet to find a source of steady income. Recently, my mother found a job but it is over stressing her. It has been a downhill for my parents. Is it at all possible that my overseas neighbour were tapping into our good chi and still continue tapping into it?

If so, how can we prevent it / claim back that good chi? I apologize for this long question but I would very much appreciate your help as I wish to help my family out of this. Thank you very much!

Dear Alvin,

I am quite doubtful that your neighbor has set up their Feng Shui to steal your house's Qi. No ethical FS practitioner would do such a thing.

The problem could be that the Annual Sha Qi has been activated by external changes in your home. And hence when you move back in, you have these problems.

The solution would then be to first identify the location of the activated Sha Qi and then mitigate/weaken it's effect.

As I have not seen your house nor do I know any of it's orientation and environmental changes, I could not help you further on this post. However, you could do a little bit study on your own to find out for yourself. It's not that complicated don't worry.

Warm Regards,

JY
